We wanted to issue this reminder that charging for plant health controls (documentary, identity, and physical checks) on imports of EU high-priority plants and plant products will be introduced from the 1st June 2021 in England, Wales and Scotland.  

In recognition of these new charging arrangements we have produced further guidance on how these fees will be applied, including examples and more detail on the interpretation of “intended for final user”.
