General Administration of Customs China (GACC) requirements for businesses registered as part of the fast-track process in 2021

The General Administration of Customs China (GACC) now requires all businesses that were successful as part of the fast-track registration process in 2021 to modify their details on Cifer before 30 June 2023.

To modify an application, businesses are required to log into their Cifer account to update and provide the necessary information required when registering with the GACC under their product category. This includes a signed and stamped checklist and declaration. Failure to modify a registration could result in delays, blockages, or inability to export to China.

Further information can be found in the FAQs at 221209-GACC-Cifer-Fast-Track-Modification-FAQs2.docx

Please refer to the FAQs for any initial queries. If these do not fully answer your question, please contact agrifoodsexports@defra.gov.uk.
