Be a countryside hero! Help keep our parks, woodlands and gardens free of plant diseases
Tree health can have a dramatic impact on our cherished landscapes, as demonstrated in this short video. But there are some simple steps we can all take to keep our green spaces vibrant and healthy for generations to come.
Plant diseases can live in the mud, water and leaves we find on our bikes, boots and buggies. However, we can all play a part in helping to limit the spread of plant diseases when visiting woodlands, parks and gardens.
As shown in this animation, by brushing the mud and leaves from our bikes, buggies and boots between visits we can all play our part in protecting our green spaces.
