General Comments

Aphid pest mainly of elms. Asian in origin, but now found in many countries in Europe including limited reports from parts of the UK. Statutory action has been taken against this in the past on imported penjing, uncertain as to how widespread it is now in the UK. If widespread, further statutory action may not be justified.
