Training related to the Plant Health Exports Audited Trader Scheme for the exports of fruit, vegetables and cut flowers
PHEATS is a trade facilitation scheme for the exports of fruit, vegetables and cut flowers to the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland (NI). Before undertaking the training ensure that you have thoroughly read the User Guide and application form that has been provided to you.
An authorised person who will be undertaking the official phytosanitary inspections will also have to complete all of the training modules listed below and complete the knowledge test at the end of each module. Please note that some features may be disabled in the PDF version, such as the audio.
Responsible Person(s) and authorised person(s) as designated in the User Guide will have to keep a record of completion of this training and provide it as evidence during the authorisation visit conducted by the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).
