Following the targeted consultation on proposed changes to plant health fees, which took place 27 January 2025 to 21 March 2025, we wanted to provide an update. We received 18 responses to the consultation. Thank you to all who took the time to share their views. Having considered the responses to the consultation, and the announcement of the planned UK-EU SPS Agreement, a decision has been taken not to proceed with the proposed increases to fees. This position will be reviewed following implementation of the planned UK-EU SPS Agreement.
