Under the planned UK-EU SPS Agreement, EU Plant Passports will replace UK Plant Passports. This will mean there may be additional Growing Season Inspections required in 2026 to support EU Plant Passport requirements in 2027. 

Today, APHA will launch an expression of interest for plant passporting to facilitate any additional Growing Season Inspections required.

To support this process, we are publishing a Herbaceous Plant List to support growers, nurseries and suppliers in identifying herbaceous plants.
