As part of improvements in how we write and deliver plant health content, Defra have set up a project to look at the content and location of:

• Pest Alerts
• Pest Factsheets
• Pest Contingency Plans 

Which are currently word/PDF documents on the Plant Health Portal.

We are looking for interested parties to take part in online user research sessions over the coming weeks & months. The first phase is scheduled to run between Thursday 10th July & Tuesday 15th July, no prep work would be needed and the session will be quite informal with a focus on helping us explore and understand user needs and journeys with regards to the fact sheet, alert & contingency planning content.
