Thank you for all your comments on the PRA for Pochazia shantungensis.

The comments received were generally supportive of the conclusions of the PRA, though some highlighted potential risks of the pest and provided valuable new information. Having reviewed the information provided, the UK Plant Health Services believe it does not affect the overall conclusion, but adjustments to the PRA will be made to reflect this new information shortly.  On this basis, the recommendation, not to take statutory action against this pest, will be adopted from 27 May.
