Review the exports guidance and assistance schemes involved

As set out in the Command Paper on The UK's Approach to the Northern Ireland Protocol, and proposed by the UK Government last October, there are new requirements on sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.

 The Grace Period Scheme is also known by a variety of other names such as the Supermarket scheme or the STAMNI scheme.

As of the 1st October 2023 both the Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme and Northern Ireland Plant Health Label Scheme go live. For more information on these schemes, what is goods are in scope and the processes please follow the links below.
